You Slowly start calling them Because now a high amount of dopamine is being released in your brain with less effort and our brain likes this thing that more dopamine is released with less effort.

So after this everything ends when we lose Confidence and self-esteem, everything of ours ends but your court tells you that you need to change instead of solving our problem, we again go in search of such videos which can fill the emptiness inside us I respect their feelings from my heart I tell them that they want to change their life but your mind is already stuck in so many problems and then you watch motivational videos again and make routines and create more problems for yourself.

Write these 10 goals on a paper and out of these choose five important goals and complete the rest put a cross on all the goals Out of these five, you have to choose the most important goal and cross off the rest now this is the goal which you want to achieve this goal why you have to achieve it you must have three reasons.

For this, there should be solid reasons and exercising is not a goal it is a hobby or habit yes if you want good results in it you want to gain weight then this can be the goal I hope You have understood step one well and you will follow it properly if you have not understood then go back to step one again otherwise don’t go to step two.
